Well, this is one of those books that has all these fancy meals that sound good but you'll never get around to doing. The recipes tend to need already made GF ingredients, like GF pasta, so technically you are getting a recipe for the pasta sauce. Not what I expected. This copy is for my daughter. I had one ( from Williams and Sonoma) and used it 3 times a week for years until it got destroyed, so I bought a digital copy for myself. However, since we both prep and cook we have decided to get another hard copy. I follow a strict gluten free diet at the recommendation of my doctor. The recipes are easy to follow and ingredients are common enough to be found almost anywhere. We have made most of these to the point we have them memorized. Turkey chili is a hit in our house, though not everyone is gluten intolerant, so I usually double it.
